Coaching Services

This is a real conversation, not a formula. We start exactly where you are.

The Work Moves Through All of You

Your body, your mind, your heart, your spirit. Not separate systems to manage.

Mind

Heart

Spirit

Your well-being moves through all of them. Real change happens when nothing is left out.

What to Expect in a Session

We start with a real arrival. Checking in with where you actually are, not what you came prepared to say.

From there, we follow what feels most present. Something you’ve been sitting with for a long time. Something recent. Whatever has the most pull.

I work body-first. That means we stay close to what your body is holding, not just what your mind has already turned into a story.

By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of where you are and what, if anything, wants to move next.

What becomes possible when you stop leaving parts of yourself out.

Your body stops being the obstacle and starts being the guide.

You make decisions from a settled place, not a panicked one.

You find your way back to yourself, again and again, even on the hard days.

I want this to be the right fit for both of us.

The discovery call is 30 minutes, no pressure, no agenda. We talk, and by the end we both know.
