I am a Chronic Illness Recovery Coach — and I bring resilience to everything I do because I've spent over 30 years navigating chronic illness myself.
I understand intimately how the body holds stories of pain, survival, and strength. I know what it's like when your body feels like the enemy. And I know the path back to partnership with it.
My approach integrates somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and neuroplasticity — tailored to your unique story. I don't prescribe solutions.
